Request a Fragrance - Phase 2 Custom Order

Do you have a favourite fragrance that we don't currently offer? We can help!

Our fragrance recreation service allows you to find a near-perfect match for a current or discontinued perfume or aftershave. Simply tell us the exact name of the scent you're looking for, and if possible, upload a picture of the bottle so we can get a visual reference.

What you can ask for

• Discontinued favourites Rekindle memories with a scent you thought was lost forever.

• A familiar scent, reworked Explore a fragrance you know, reimagined with a personal touch.

• A scent the shop does not stock Request a favourite that London Perfume Factory does not currently sell.

• Accuracy The aim is at least 90% similarity to the scent you name.

• If it cannot be recreated You receive a full refund.

• Sample first A 10 ml sample lets you test the recreation before a larger order.

How it works

1. Name the fragrance and add a photo of the bottle if you can. Choose the sample size and place the order.

2. The 10 ml sample fee is £10. Within 7 working days, London Perfume Factory tells you whether it can get close enough, aiming for at least 90% accuracy. If it cannot, no sample is sent and you receive a full refund.

3. If the sample can be made, delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks.

4. When you are happy with that sample, Phase 2 is how you order more of the same recreation.

Phase 2 sizes

This page is the reorder, not the £10 sample. Phase 2 by London Perfume Factory offers two custom options: four 50 ml bottles for £69.99, or two 100 ml bottles for £64.99. Use it after you have tried the 10 ml sample and want more of that Extrait de Parfum recreation. The scent is the one you requested. It is not a named perfume from the ready-made catalogue.
